10 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried dill
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
13 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
# How-To Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for optimal crispness.
02 - Slice each pita bread into 8 even triangles using a sharp knife.
03 - Spread pita triangles in single layer on baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil using pastry brush.
04 - Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika evenly across the pita pieces.
05 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from oven when chips are golden and crisp. Allow to cool.
06 - Combine Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. Stir vigorously.
07 - Refrigerate tzatziki mixture for a minimum of 10 minutes to develop flavor.
